We ask customers to download and test the freeware copy on
your computer before you buy the license for the full
version.
Malfunctions or complaints to contact us within 7 days after
the arrival of the product.
Refunds will not be due to customers who have made a wrong
order, because there is prompted for acceptance order.
The refund or replacement will be made for each hardware
product within 90 days from date of purchase.
The refund or replacement will be made if the product is
physically defective.
The refund or replacement will be made if the product does
not have electrical damage (for example, a stroke of
lightning, etc.).
The procedure for requesting a refund or replacement must be
sent via e-mail to xstreme@xstreme.it and shall include the
following information: Serial number by which the product was sold. Information regarding the refund or replacement. Technical Details concluded with our technicians. A signed declaration that you can uninstall the software and remove it from your computer. The contact will be done within 5 working days.
For software products and when the refund request is
approved, the refund will be made on credit card within 5 working days.
For hardware products, contact the customer within 5 working
days, with information for the shipment of the product, to
make our laboratory tests.
If the product being received by us will be judged "perfect",
all shipping costs and return will be fully borne by the
customer.
If the product is defective, it will be our discretion
provide a refund or replacement of defective product.
Please do not send hardware without our permission. |
